Decided to make a quick port of the old ULX builder to this new version that works with Ulib.

Walks you through making a users.ini, with full directions, including:
  • SteamIDs, Playernames, Clan Tags, IPs, and Steam Logins
  • Account Flags
  • Passwords
  • Access Levels
Very helpful for those of you with access problems.
Enjoy!

Feature suggestion...
I checked out the old ULX 1.X one when I first got ULX.
Though I pretty quickly figured out how to work the users.ini magic, I see many have problems.

A suggestion that might help others is to have it read the users.ini you have already (if users are in it, lets say),
and then have it output a new one, with the user just added + original).
This would best be placed in the ULib folder that users.ini is in to keep things less complicated.
Have it output an actual file (after backup of course)

Also, allow the output of your builder to have a comment after all the info.
When editing my ini with SteamIDs, I always add the nickname of the person I just added.
Useless for adding names now, but handy all the same for comments.

I just saw some one looking at the old thread from the Who lsito n the forums and decided to add this stuff in, which took surprisingly about 10 minutes for the whole thing.
Problem is:

Im no uber C coder, I don't know how to make it find your gmod9 directory automatically and put it there.
It already can read an old users.ini, it doesn't make a new one unless you run the bat file. All it does is add
"variable1" "variable2" "variable3" "variable4" to the last line of the text file.
And I could add comments too, when I don't feel so lazy as to reupload it.
