How to limit tools with ULX?

I want to switch from ASSMod to ULX because sometimes when players join the server ASSMod doesn't give them a rank such as guest so they get noclip because sbox_noclip is set to 1 for admin.

So like I said, I want to switch to ULX but how do you limit tools with it? Like the restrict tool feature in ASSMod. I want to make certain tools, entities, and weapons admin/super admin only.

You should check our Releases section, I believe the 'URestrict' addon is what you're looking for.

Frozenfire, Urestrict will limit weapons and tools based on group. Jay (another team member) has been working on it recently and we may have found a nice way to add entities.
It's still a work in progress though.
