Does ULX have a command to give a weapon to a player?

Hi,
I was wondering if ULX had a command to give a certain weapon to a player, or if there was an addon that could do this.
I distinctly remember someone typing something like !weapon or !givewep on another server.

ULX doesn't have that ability by default.
It's possible what you saw was another module for ULX, but I've not seen one release here.
