Access failure?

Ok! so i installed ulx and ulib today i set my self as a superadmin as per the guide and i don't have access to any commands they all say i don't have access. sorry if i did something stupid wrong but i've read all the FAQ and try reinstalling it but i'm stumped

Though I see you followed the guide and edited /settings/users.txt.. I just want to make sure, have you manually edited /data/ULib/groups.txt?
If you have not, please don't yet before letting us see it.

No you weren't.
I've seen a pattern lately but am not sure why.
Please take the attached file and save over your original groups.txt file.
I'll confer with our team about a my theory.
This file should fix your issue.
Shutdown the server, upload the file, restart the server.

Coppied the groups.txt but i am still getting

i even tried deleting everything and on a fresh install placing this file over the original but as of yet no luck.

Try deleting data/ulib/groups.txt and restarting your server

when i delete the file.... and restart the server nothing changes still access denied is it also of note the server does not remake the file?   ulx is working i can use the ulx commands from the server console but... for some reason it doesn't recognize me as an admin
