Server .cfg keep dead npc's

Ok i just set up my servers cfg but whats the one for keeping dead npc's so they turn into ragdolls then i can delete them ???

Google "g_ragdoll_maxcount"
I have it in my server.cfg, I've had it a long time.
I don't remember if it actually allows touch of dead NPCs, or just keeps them there as noclip bodies.
I did a quick search and other functions may exist to help clean them up automatically after a set time (fadecount, etc)
