Ulx rslots

I am currently having a issue with rslots i am running ulx 3.40 and ulib 2.40 however when i type in the three ulx rslots commands :

ulx rslotsMode 1
ulx rslots 1
ulx rslotsVisible 1

it says cvar generated by ulib but it does not actually seem to do work and people can join like normal and i have restarted the server and i then check the commands value for example i type ulx rslots and it tells me its set to 2 when i have set it to 1 before so basically it just seems to not actually do anything just wanted to know if i am doing something wrong?

It hasn't been tested in a while so it's highly likely one of garry's changes broke it. I'll add it to the todo list.
