!menu error

When some of my admins try to open the menu they get this error or even if they try to use a ulx console command.

If you're using SVN, this is usually caused by
1) a corrupt <file>
2) badly edited <file>
or
3) copied old RELEASE backed up copy of <file> over NEW SVN copy of <file

<file> may be gmod/data/ULib/groups.txt or users.txt

The thing is, it is only 1 of my admins complained about it, also this has never happened until I used the "ulx adduserid" to add new admins.

can you try posting your groups and users.txt file please. And with that, tell us which admin is complaining about this issue.

He is only one that gets the error.

But, does the error appear on the server?
Or does it just appear on his machine, in the client?
