Access troubles

I made sure this wasnt my server, i reinstalled it completely, deleted groups, etc

i can make myself admin, and use commands and stuff
but when i use superadmin, it says i have dont have access to this command
not even regular user commands

I have, as i said, nobody can be super admin, plus, it says unknown revision in the chatbox sometimes, even though thats not what the message is, and when you type "ulx " in console, it gives errors with each character added
