I got this error whilst testing an imitation module I am in the process of making. I have the latest downloads (as of post) from the downloads page. (SVN seems to be missing files)
If you need to see my module, please ask although I'm not sure how it will help debug.

I suspect this is just an error due to the update this morning.

Sorry if this seems curt, but we're about to release SVN, so we don't really care if 3.40 isn't working with the new update.

No, that is completely fine. I'll just make sure that I wipe clean any trace of my old svn (that may have been why some files were missing).
