Ulx Not loading up in the sever console !!Help Greatly Needed!!

I posted a topic on here before found out what it was and got the ULX to load in the server. Then te XGUI Your gui has not been authed or something like that came up for me when i set myself as super admin but friends had access to it. I feel like a jacka$$ because i saw t ofix it you had to delete the ulx and ulib files and re install them which i did but now it says ulx unknown command PLEASE HELP!! Sorry if i made this confusing i just it back to working state.

Do you have ULX and ULib installed on your client, as well as on the server? If so, try removing it from the client.
