What do I have to do to give others players like admins,the ability to open up the menu? Because nobody is allow to.

And my second question is that,when I type ! in the chat box should it show some commands under the chat box that match what you are typing? Like in evolve.

No, there's no chat autocomplete, we thought it was too invasive. Use console for autocomplete.
