Most people don't want to hand-hold someone else through the process of writing code. You should either learn how to do it yourself and ask us specific, technical questions (which we happily answer!) or simply ask someone to write it for you (taking your chances).

I think making this command would be redundant because if they still can not do any thing on the server, they will just leave and probably never come back or come back and ask to be changed back. It is really better to use the ban command. How ever a to set a !minge command that runs "ulx adduser 'playername' 'minge'" could easily be made but the time limit and reason system would be a bit harder. So in short just use ban, and set a time.

Also, we never recommend hand editing our files.
Everytime you update, you'd have to rewrite all the code again.
We make a modules folder for a reason. :)
