Wont let me disable player vs player dam or change sanbox settings no prop limits listed etc...

other admins only see xgui not authed..

If I remember correctly, some time ago we had a series of not authed errors pop up.
It ended up being one of two things I think.
PAC addon badly written code or some such
or old versions of ULib/ULX cached in the gmod/cache folder.

Try searching the forum for 'authed' posts older than 3 months

I never got an error like that from PAC but i had it on my server for about 2 weeks and i noticed my server was crashing about  2 to 3 times a day ever since I added it
removing it solved the problem ,but my players are sad to see it's gone
