Using Firefox 6.x ...doesn't seem to work.
Not upgraded to FF8 because two of my favorite addons haven't upgraded for newer yet.

www.netdisaster.com used to do something similar. It would give a form to type in a URL, then you could choose any number of 'disasters' to throw upon the site and it would use a overlay (Flash I think) to draw the bombs/floods/holes/whatever.
Unfortunately, they don't seem to allow pasting in of URLs anymore, but do offer self hosting and a Chrome extension.

I use Google Chrome and it works fine, try saving it as a book mark, in Firefox if that does not work you need chrome to do this.
