I found a better way to do it anyways. Go to ulib_plugin.vdf in gmod9/addons and replace the text in there with this:

--- Code: ---"Plugin"
{
        "file" "../../../sourcemods/gmod9/addons/ulib_plugin"
}
--- End code ---

(You'll have to open the file in notepad)
