ULX not working with the Fadmin?

But I seen server have a very fast download on pretty much all of There files. I'm downloading 5 files in a second, But in my server I download 1 file in a second. Have that something to do with that they have bz2'ed all There files?

Likely yes. Or just that their server has a faster connection than yours. There are a lot of factors that go into speeds of downloads. I would STRONGLY recommend bz2 zipping all of your files that you don't change regularly. Even zipping your commonly changed files is good. Make zipping a part of your fastDL update process and you'll notice a huge difference and your players will thank you.

As for the addons, try adding one back at a time, restart game, connect to server.
Then let us know which one finally stops letting it work.
You might help many more people avoid your issue.
