Why hasn't anyone made this yet? (Ban Record)

I am surprised that I didn't see this anywhere on the internet; an addon that keeps track of player bans even after they are lifted, and shows a message that they have x amount of bans on record when they join. This could be useful, and I could use the amount of bans anyone has on record as a judgement against them; basically an easier way to keep track of bans for if anyone wants to apply for admin on my forums after a previous ban.

Problem is, though several of the team and or community members have talked about coding it, none of us have had/taken time to do it.
