Unknown command: ulx

Okay so, I've installed ULX and ULib to my Garrys mod addon folder, /193.0.159.73 port 27015/garrysmod/addons Screenshot: http://puu.sh/1la9I
I have myself added as an super admin: "superadmin"

I've rebooted my server, any still.. Nothing
Also I've binded my key like this just in-case anyone asks: Bind "g" "ulx menu"

I cant rebuild the ULib because my data folder seems to be empty..

Are you using the SVN?, currently that is the only one that supports Garry's Mod after the massive 13 update.

Be sure to check both your client and server console output once you start the server. You should see a bunch of ulib and ulx output to the console if it is loading properly. If you don't see anything ulx/ulib related, then ULX/ULib may not be installed properly, or there could be an issue with FastDL, etc. If you see a bunch of errors, then you should post them here so we can help you figure out what may have gone wrong.
