Some sort of toolgun restriction + PP

So I am sort of tired having to use FPP with my ULX and having to seperately add our trusted users to a toolgun usergroup and ulx usergroup and was wondering if there was some sort of thing I can use to replace FPP based off ULX usergroups or simply make FPP use ULX usergroups?

But that does not include tool gun restriction, unless I am blind.

Ill give UPS a go, but going by the previous comment, I'm guessing it doesn't have toolgun restriction?

Prop protection is in it, but I can not find tool gun.
