i have problem with the ulx and/or ulib they just wont work, simply i have installed them into /gmod/Garrysmod/addons/ in srcds folder. when i start the server nothing happens, simply. nothing wont load, nothing comes up any commands wont work, help!
when i start the server

after that comes nothing ulx command wont work on the server/game console,
