Remove Jeep?

I want to remove the pre-made vehicles from my server like the jeep or the airboat. How can this be done with ULX or URS? URS doesn't seem to work and I can't figure out any other way to do it.

You mean vehicles that spawn on the map?

No, I mean vehicles you can spawn in your Q menu. I can kinda do it with Falco's Prop Protection, but that blocks vehicles for everyone.

I want to restrict certain vehicles from certain groups on the server. URS has a feature for this, but it doesn't work.
