We need Freeze Bring

Hey! Wanna know what gets on my nerves? Bringing a random arrester, and being arrested! Also bringing a Homicider, genocider  and being killed!

But I simply cannot just freeze them, and then bring them, it will unfreeze them, and anyway, those 2 commands are too long.

And by the time a bring them and begin typing the command to freeze them, it's likely that i'm gonna get arrested/killed! And I do have an average type speed of 100+ words per minute!

We need !fbring!

It will bring them, keep them frozen and pointing in your direction! I think this is a vital too.

We most likely wouldn't add a command 'freeze bring'.
We'd most likely make it so that they were still in the same state after bringing as before.
(TBH, I didn't know bringing would unfreeze)

I am also surprised bringing unfreezes, though I've never specifically tested it. I may add a check for that.

There are quite a few things that unfreeze players, phys-gunning them is also one of those things.
