Can't Target and Immunity Issues

Hey guys, I'm trying to configure my TTT server's group rights and immunity so people from a group can't slay others from that group etc...

I want the groups in this order:

Owner
Co-Owner
Super Admin
Admin
Moderator
VIP
User

I want to make it so that owner can target everyone, but those below the owner can only target the groups under their own group

Yeah, I've re-done my groups so that they inherit properly, but I can't make it so people can only target their own player and ranks below them

Lets say you have these groups going from highest to lowest [superadmin, admin, operator, respected, user]

If you want the operator to not be able to target the admins or superadmins you would restrict it with this "!%admin", if you want respected to only be able to target them selves you would do "^", if you want superadmins to be able to target every one you would use "*".

I hope that clears things up.

Aye, but in terms of making it so that people in the admin group can't slay other admins, would I need to do this in the restrict command arguments?
