Changing A Group's Display Name
« on: August 27, 2013, 02:08:06 PM »
Hello, my question is pretty simple. Let's say I had the group "Crowbar King", when you press tab to show the player list, or what ever key you have it bound to, it just says "Rank" in bright white text. How do I make it say "Crowbar King" in orange text instead? Do I have to get a separate addon, or what? I've search through the files and through XGUI couldn't find anything. Please help, thanks.

Ranks are usually denoted by "Teams" in Garrysmod by default. If you're running Sandbox, you can use the "Manage Teams" portion of the groups tab in XGUI to create and edit teams. If you're running a different gamemode, then ULX does not mess with the teams and you'll have to look for a solution specific to your gamemode.

Camaroow, Decicus has been working on some custom scoreboard modifications, I think for TTT.

Perhaps he could assist with your quest.
