Can someone explain to me the restrict title, restrict options when setting permissions for "ulx vote" restrictions and what they do? I have zero idea on how they work.
I'm new to this whole thing. I get the basic concepts but when it comes to the more advanced things, I probably need to revise them. I pretty much up the username part when creating this acc, but that's ok, it's a spare.
