ULX Command to let clients add Server to Favorites

Is there any sort of command that could be made that would allow the people on the server to add the server to their favorites?

The only way I know of at the moment is to go into the legacy browser, look at your history, and right clicking on the server you wish to favorite.

I would like to advertise the ability to just say in chat"!favorite" and it would add the server to their favorite list.

This is a great idea and I hope someone does make a plugin that allows this (if it's even possible) I get tired of explaining to people on my server how to add my server to their favorites while everyone is talking. :D
