Pointshop/notifications addon for PUDS

Wully asked me to make a separate thread for this, so here it is.
My simple notifications addon for PUDS that supports pointshop.

It will notify the player who donates as soon as they donate, it goes through, and the server adds their rank. Online players get it right then, offline players get it the next time they go on the server.
