Motd issue
« on: February 04, 2014, 07:35:51 AM »
Hi,
I recently made my own MOTD on Photoshop and knowing that the motd is displayed by HTML removed the default MOTD codes and I simply replaced it with an IMG Tag with the source as the MOTD's JPEG file.
However, when I and other players join the server, we dont see the MOTD that I made but instead a grey background.
How can I fix this ?

I've tried changing the resolution of the Derma Panel on LUA to the same resolution as the JPEG file (which is 1280 x 720 ) but it does not fix the problem.

Did you try resizing the image?

I want the image to be big enough because I have some small text on it.

I've read somewhere that you need it to be small.

I've fixed the problem. The resolution of the VGUI pane has to be slightly larger than the image itself.
