Add 'ulx return' after using 'ulx jailtp'

Title explained it well enough I think. I usually teleport and jail people as its a very fast and easy thing to use, but then hesitate when ulx return says there is no previous location for the user to return to.

Thanks for the heads up- It looks like it may have been an oversight when adding the command. I've committed the change (untested, sorry!), and you should be able to try it out right away!

Please test and make sure that it works, and that you can't return a player while they are jailed. It was a simple fix and should work perfectly fine, but.. you never know what strange things may come up.

How about having it so you can unjail, and then return them, maybe even have it so they get returned when the jail time expires (if its set.)
