I'd suggest attaching the file to your post. Though it may not always be latest greatest version, I've seen external links die here more often than attached.
Attaching it here increases it's chances of at least having one working link, even if it might not be your latest version.

I'm not sure if you've done the same thing here as with your "Multi-colored chat messages", but if you plan on creating a ULX module/addon, I recommend you do the same thing as I explained in the undercover mod thread in the Developers Corner and zip it for the download. I find that a lot easier to install, because then the user can just drop it into the addons folder, instead of digging through other folders.

If it was in a vote. If they could just enter in the command it would be abused alot.
