People are banned and cannot be unbanned

The problem is people get banned - and then after unbanning them, it keeps giving them the source message "You have been banned from the server." for awhile, then maybe a day later they're unbanned.

I have had ULX and UGB Module ( http://facepunch.com/showthread.php?t=1300982 ) for awhile now but I don't think UGB is causing the issue. UGB has it's own ban message that displays a reason if it's preventing you from connecting, I don't know if ULX is the issue either as with both times I've encountered this issue (that people have come to me instead of just not bothering and going to another server) they haven't been in ULib's bans.txt or the banned_user.cfg. I'm out of ideas of what could possibly be keeping them from connecting.

I am quite sure this is caused by your UGB module, as ULX bans work perfectly fine. - The OP has not replied to any posts for a while now.
I'd recommend you to use a bansystem like SourceBans there is an ULX module for it on FP.

I'll try making a switch to SourceBans and see if that fixes it - thanks for the advice, you're probably right. List ID outputs ID filter list: empty.

Sorry for a double post - I'm having a TON of trouble hooking SourceBans up to ULX - can you give me the easiest way to do it ? Thanks. I tried this method https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=tGP5DSO6EDU but it worked really well out of the box but bans wouldn't sync. I tried putting in the command myself but I'm an idiot apparently and it kept spitting out different errors.

I am using this aswell as SourceBans Version 1.4.11.
Just remove the ban permissions from the other groups, as this module comes with sban and sbanid!
