Since gmod update, ulx voteban is broken

I have confirmed this through tests. When a player is votebanned for any length of time he is kicked but then can return immediately.

while I cannot confirm it, maybe the ULib.ban function is broken.
Have you tried replacing the ULib.kick and ULib.ban with the ULib.kickban function, eventually that should do the trick?
