Can someone help me, please?

Please help me! I am in desperate need of a fix for this!

1 ) You didn't read any of the ULX readme files or FAQs stating how to add yourself as superadmin and,
 Your owner group likely isn't inheriting superadmin, which, every non DarkRP script made in the world expects to be TOP/R00T group in Gmod.
Or, DarkRP's Fadmin (or another admin mod) is conflicting

2) That tab is titled 'Sandbox' for a reason (The settings are only there in Sandbox game mode)

I have been using this ulx addon for year and a half. It just randomly started to do this. Even when I was on my darkrp server, I could still set the prop limit and stuff until the next restart. I just have no idea what I should do.

I can do everything the group is set to do. I just can't see the permissions and stuff, or anyone that is in a specific group.

I just re-installed the entire ulx and ulib addons to my server. Removed the data and everything. It is still doing the same thing.

There's an exploit out for DarkRP addon(s) that act like your issue.

First, make sure you're running our latest development versions of ULX and ULib from https://github.com/Nayruden/Ulysses. You can get SVN links from there, or use the "Download ZIP" button at the bottom-right.

The version you have in your screenshots is looks to be our Release version, which is out of date.
