groups demoteing?

Hello! this request is going to be short because i do not have anymore info and im sorry!

I get no errors and nothing shows up in console but randomly people have been getting demoted and i have no idea why!!! This gets annoying because the main owner gets demoted and he has to go on the website and fix it! Thanks!

We've heard a rumor that if an addon deletes a player entity, they lose access. What addons are you running?

There are so many i cant even name them all so idk there are no errors and it just randomly demots them! Are there some addons to be aware from?

Try removing all addons and test it out, are you running the sourcebans module by any chance?
