That's quite difficult as the lost connection dialogue is posted by the user not the server (as its offline) my best suggestion would be a kick all script with a custom message. But the only way I know how this can be done is utilising a mod called 'gatekeeper' it's out-dated now so I don't know if anyone else knows a better way?
