Unbans not saving!

I can only unban from console, when they leave the server they are banned again. Do you need me to show any logs or anything? How do I fix this? ;3

When I try unbanning from in-game it doesn't work. When I unban from console, it does, but only until they leave the server.

You're saying it doesn't work at all, "from in-game it doesn't work". But from console "it does [work], but only until they leave". What doesn't work in-game?

1) What exactly isn't working "in game"? ? ? ?
ULX has many ways to ban in game.
Chat - !ban <name>
XGUI menu listing
Client console - "ulx ban <name>"

2) What errors or messages happen when you try to ban in game using any of the above that isn't working?
Does it say it banned? Does it say it can't? Is there a console Lua error?

You keep telling us the same information over and over, and what you are saying is a circle.

Saying "it doesn't work" is not helpful.
We guarantee that "ULX works" perfectly fine for hundreds of administrators.

The unbanning isn't working properly. ulx unban (STEAMID), or even from the menu.

Fine, I mixed up the info you were trying to do, yet still only managed to give us one more tiny piece of information.
From that piece, you're trying to unban in game console using "ulx unban", and it's not working.
Are you getting an error message? Or does it say user is unbanned?
What message/error do you get when you try to do that?
Look in your game and server console when you try to unban someone. There would likely be an error during the unban.

Additionally, are you using the latest ULib and ULX from our GitHub site (linked from the top of our downloads page).

Since it works from server console, I'd guess you have a conflicting addon affecting your client.
