Where did you learn lua? Put where you learned, when you learned it, and how long it took you.

Ill start

I am still in the process of learning and I started about a week ago (did not mean to quote bobby Shmurda)

I might be one of the stupidest people you will ever meet.

The books, a few years ago, about six months (due to school) still some to learn.
Once you get to know me, you'll find you'll have never met me at all.

There's another where did you learn lua discussion recently, in developers corner I think.
Oh, and, the "General Chat and Help and Support" section of the forum is intended for "General Chat and Help and Support" of Ulysses projects.
Moving this to off-topic for now.
(I really would look in the dev corner though, sticky post covers some good starters, and somewhere down the line is a recent discussion, which, like this one, probably isn't that active.

I learned by digging through code and recreating things.

Most of everything I learned was from this:
https://maurits.tv/data/garrysmod/wiki/wiki.garrysmod.com/index7a06.html

Then I would go to other scripts, like simple things (not ulx) and got the concept of it. I'm more of an innovator, rather than creator.

I learned LUA by bugging Megiddo a lot while working on XGUI!

( .. I highly advise against such practice- Megiddo tends to poke a lot. :P)
