Red chat?

Ever since i started using this chat tags(http://steamcommunity.com/sharedfiles/filedetails/?id=272591265&searchtext=chat_tags_%28ulx_only%29) my chat has been red and does not say if someone is dead.
This is what it looks like. (I am dead in the picture)

Any help would be greatly appreciated.
