It's the same thing.

Also, set your rank to superadmin following the FAQ OR these instructions:

Log into your server
Log into RCON by typing: rcon_password "yourpassword"
Type in console: rcon ulx adduser ^ superadmin
Once you get to know me, you'll find you'll have never met me at all.

rcon password doesn't work on my server that's why i use the users.txt method of putting myself as superadmin .

And i dont have a server  console so i cant put any commands like the last one you gave me ..

rcon_password doesn't work because you haven't set it.

And the server console equivalent is pressing "`" and logging in to RCON.

That is not an ULX-generated message. You'll want to use "ulx adduser <part of your player name> superadmin", though.

Don't, put it in your command line with +rcon_password "rconpassword"

and when you do type the command in game, you need to do the following steps:

1. Make sure you've restarted if you've changed the commandline or .cfg
2. Type this in console: rcon_password "password"
3. Type this in console: rcon ulx adduser "yourname" "superadmin"

If RCON refuses you access: You have the wrong password or the RCON password is not set.
Once you get to know me, you'll find you'll have never met me at all.

You'd have to contact your server host help site to find out how to access your command line/server console.
Most commercial sites have a control panel app with all those things.

when i even try to contact them it takes hours for them to respond  so i came to here to maybe try to find out how to solve this .
maybe there is someone here that knows where can i find out this ...

and i dont have server console on my panel .. my panel is useless i can only shutdown my server from there and get ftp info .. thats it

Theirs 2 Ways I Can Imagine On How To Fix This.
1. The SteamID Wasent Correct
2. users.txt Has A Error

Ansers
1. Make Sure On users.txt That Your SteamID Is Correct
2. Ask Your Server Rentel Guy To Add U As A Superadmin

1. Make Sure On users.txt That Your SteamID Is Correct
2. Ask Your Server Rentel Guy To Add U As A Superadmin

1. If you added yourself properly, as the FAQ CLEARLY tells you how to do, that wouldn't be an issue.
2. The companies who host your servers HOST it for you; they don't RUN it for you.
