Permaban Glitch(URGENT!!)

So recently i accidentally permabanned myself when trying to ban myself for 1 minute as a joke.
This was ok until someone tried to unban my ID.
All that happens when someone unbans my id is the server crashes and when it restarts im still banned.
I have tried to get 2 admins and 1 manager(same rank as me) to unban me.
When the manager looked for my name in the bans menu it was not there.
Please help. I cannot be unbanned, i am very scared of losing my rank.

Guess you'll just have to wait it out.

Um, instead of looking for names in the ban menu, look for the steamid.
If worst comes to worst, get the owner to edit bans manually or something.

We have tried the SteamID, and can the ban be removed from ulx's files itself?

Your server seems to of unbanned your id, but not unban it right when the server crashed, thus causing this issue. Though, ulx is not charge of bans, that would be the engine whom is in charge of bans, seeing as the engine doesn't like names. Server bans are located in <server game director>/garrysmod/cfg/banned_user.cfg

Type this in console or have someone use ulx rcon in this order:
ulx unban <YOUR STEAM_ID>
removeid <YOUR STEAM_ID>
writeid

Nope the same thing happens again,
I had those commands entered,
I join, im still banned, the server crashes.

Are you using latest from Github?
Also, removeid should work... ULX has nothing to do with that.

If you want, attach your /data/ULib/bans.txt and your /cfg/banned_user.cfg files to your next post (using the ATTACHMENTS AND OTHER OPTIONS link below post, don't just paste them into your post box), and provide your steam ID and I'll remove your ban.

Either way, sounds like you have odd server issues that ULX isn't truly culprit of.
(Again though, make sure you're using our GITHUB latest code, not the 'release' from our downloads page)

Ok, i do not have access to the server files because i am not the Owner or Developer. But, ill wait for the owner to get on and ill tell him.

I find that when i permaban myself for perm.. the server crashes... I have no problem with the unban but the crash was because of the ban... !ban xxlmm 0 will crash ( xxlmm being my name ) Hope you get unbanned :/

And, as I've stated before, make SURE your server owner is using latest ULib and ULX from our Github site.

Though your issue may be different, I'm betting your server host doesn't have our beta code that fixes much since 2013 release.

I have found the error,
The main developer of the server found that it was a site related thing.
Like check this out: http://ionbytegaming.com/bans/
He simply removed my ban from there.
