Ulx not letting me add permission

Ok so I am trying to use the tags for HatsChat2. When i try to add the permission it still does not let me change hatschat settings. Please help thanks.

I've no idea what hatschat is, but, it seems you're owner, not superadmin.
Does hatschat even know what owner group is? Does hatscat understand what superadmin group is?
Just because you give a group certain command access doesn't mean the mod understands it, it may not even see ULX.
Also, most mods have no idea, as superadmin is the highest group according to default Gmod.

As you can see in the image, I moved myself to superadmin. HatsChat2 is supposed to be built into ulx. HatsChat2 is from coderhire(Which i got no help from). I think the problem is that i deleted the superadmin job before and had to remake it. But i am not completely sure.

superadmin is not a job, if you mean group, then we have a problem.

Well i reinstalled ULX and ULIB and everything is fixed and it still don't work

You could reinstall ulx/ulib a hundred times, but it's not going to make a difference. You'd have to delete the ulx and ulib folders in the <game dir>/garrysmod/data folder. Though I wouldn't do that if you got your stuff all set. You'd have to go to console and type ulx addgroup superadmin <inherit group name> (YOU MUST INHERIT FROM A GROUP THAT IS BELOW THE superadmin.)
