1. Get the direct link to the image you want to use. This usually ends in .jpg or .png (of course it could also end in something else, but those are the two common ones). Copy this link.
2. Go your profile settings.
3. Check "Specify avatar by URL" and paste your image link in the box where it says "Specify your own avatar by URL. (e.g.: http://www.mypage.com/mypic.gif)".
4. Scroll down to the bottom and look on the right, it should say "Change profile". Click that.

That should be all the steps you need to change your avatar.

It Doesent Work, Plus Google Drive Is What I Allredy Tryed

Go on the link you currently have as avatar, right-click on the image and click "Open image in a new tab". Copy that link. That's the direct image link.
