Description:Easily allows a client to search using one of the supported engines by typing (example): "!search google how does one pineapple?", or even using the menu/console.

KNOWN BUGS:- When using chat, you must use "<search>" when you type what you want to search. (this does not apply to derma, or ulx menu)

Added SearchSupport (!ssupport) which prints a list of supported engines (and parameters) that can be used in console.
Added SearchMenu (!smenu) which opens a derma menu with supported engines on buttons for easy access.

Added derma menu support (for those without steam in-game overlay)
Added a client command (searchmenu_steam 1 or 2) which switches a player from using steam's gui, to the custom menu (or the opposite)
Added SteamUI (!sui), which switches to/from steam gui (using the searchmenu_steam cmd).
