How to install URS please help

Hello, im kind of new to the whole server thing, and people keep spawning in a davy crokett and distroying everything, so i need instructions to download URS, please be in-depth, remember, im a noobie
Edit: please just answer, this section says help and support, I NEED HELP!

It also says "about one of our projects".
URS is not one of our projects. It's a 3rd party community member release.
We moved your request for help to the URS release thread where you should have originally asked for help.
Most releases have their own thread for discussion.
Many authors monitor their own thread.
