[urgent] ulx problem {you dont have acces to this command}

i start to edit ranks premisions and i revoked groupallow from superadmin i want it only for the rank i create which is owner then i allow this command from the console and it grant access it for group {owner} and i try to complete revoking commands from or granting but he spams saying to me

[you dont have access to this command,3RB!]

i restart the server and the game with all the ways but without finding a fix please i need help argently 

I WANT TO KNOW HOW CAN I RETURN MY GROUPALLOW OR GROUPDENY

If using SERVER (not your game) console, which should always have access to every command, doesn't allow you to fix what you broke by not understanding what you were doing, there's always factory reset.
You're trying to use game console according to your error.
