cant change to groups and cant find any

so i have a server and i havent really been able to play it for a while and when i finally did get back on i was no longer owner and i cant change back to owner and i cant edit any of the groups and i dont know why can someone help.

Use your server console.
If it's not recognized as being superadmin to control commands, then reset your ulx to factory following our FAQ section.

ive resetted the folders to factory but nothing changed

Then we have a FAQ for "having trouble with access?"
I'd recommend following it.
Though it's long and has several steps, if each step in turn doesn't work, it has a step that tells you how to give us, the community and devs, more information to help you.
If even the final step doesn't work properly, I'd recommend total server re-install, as it likely means your server was totally exploited, and has commands embedded that prevent you from being superadmin.
