ULX completly broken on friends server?

Any ideas?

There are probably additional errors in console. Please located and post them.
For that function to break, something else is probably broken. Probably caused by a broken addon or corrupt config file or something.

Actually while helping him set up his server, I saw that this error happens first. I guess I will try removing all his addons and installing just ULX to see what happens.

I was able to start up a TTT server on my local dedicated (windows) scrds. We have been getting a few reports of some issues, but nothing repeatable so far. Do keep us posted on your findings!
