ULX commands aren't working

Hello,
I've installed ULX/ULB and it works fine. I mean I've added my self as an admin and I can do everything i should be able to do.. Except no ulx ___ commands work. I can use !menu and !adminmenu but anyhing with ulx help, etc doesn't work. I've tried installing everything in the garrysmod folder. I've tried installing it in /lua manually, and I've put it in /addons, which is what seems to work, expect for the ulx command part. This is frustrating because I want to be able to add operators, etc.

I'm using gmod 10, it's a dedicated server.

Just to make sure, you know it's "ulx help" in console and not "ulx_help", right?

If that's not the case, tell us if there's any errors in server and/or client console.

Yes i used the right command, console doesn't say anything to me, besides print out what i said. It's not registering it as a command.
