Where exactly does the .LUA file go?
« on: October 04, 2015, 05:50:33 PM »
I recently purchased a server for garry's mod and have prop hunt running, I found an !unstuck addon, but it's a .lua extension, I'm absolutely lost where do I put this file in the FTP, there's like 3 different locations for LUA, everytime I go into my addon folder -- there's like three other folders, if someone can be kind to guide me, would be much help.

depending on where you got the addon, they're usually just config them to your preferred settings and drop the entire folder hierarchy into your addons folder and mapchange/restart. with the unstuck i use here it's just a drag and drop

Good Luck and if you need any more help just ask :D

lua file? Lua files go in lua folders.
Put the lua folder in new folder
put the new folder into addons
If it doesnt work try to make an "autorun" folder inside the lua folder, then put the lua file inside autorun
restart
