2 - a 'tab' menu with client side mute and works with deathrun ( TEAM )
3 - a error fixer ( HIGHLY RECOMENDED <3 ) IT simplifies errors in console 'if common' it would write a fix or put a link to hwo to fix
4 - A Good ( NON BUGGED ) pointshop maybe its my pointshop maybe its the pets tab

I'm assuming you mean with Mr. Gash's deathrun (it's the most common one)? I have a scoreboard in the releases section that can be used with ulx, and, now that you brought it up and I implemented it, has client side voice muting. It's called DeathRanks. I'm not entirely sure what you want, but look at it and see if it is what you're looking for.
Also, like roastchicken said, this doesn't fit into the suggestions category, since these would barely be things relating to ulx, and are just random things that you think would be good addons.

I really am tempted to move this to off-topic.
None of this would be related to a "doesn't care WHAT gamemode is running" admin mod such as ULX, and even if the 'error fixer' idea was intended for ULib, the lua engine errors occur before any script can monitor them.

There have been several science-fiction, for now, stories of just how bad for humanity self-writing code can become.
Things that weren't supposed to become sentient always seem to become that way, and then inevitably create copies of themselves, and then the world as we know it ends.
Smart people long before us have thought of this issue...we should heed their warnings.

Sorry for giving a similar option? From what I've seen there's no possession ULX. Imo how hard is it to press Q move your mouse and click like 2 more times? What about.... bind p "give {crap don't know the name put it here}"
Or you could ask someone to do it so that when typing !possess NAME it performs the swep stuff - I'll leave that to the toasters.
